Registration will close on May 20, 2019. After this date only onsite registration will be possible.
Registration for delegates includes:
Congress kit, access to the scientific sessions, admission to the exhibition, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunches as indicated in the program.
Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of € 30,00 per participant after April 20, 2019.
Conferences that take place in Italy are liable for Italian VAT as they are classed under VAT legislation as “services” and therefore VAT is charged by the services provider (organizers of the conference).
Other Italian institutions and companies subjected to VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT provided that they can prove their specific VAT exemption status.

Registration payments must be received before the registration deadline for a certain discounted rate to be applied; if payment is not received before the deadline, the next higher rate will be actually applied
1-day conference registration fees are not available
Registration fees will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org by April 6. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of € 50.00 + VAT.
For cancellations received after April 6, no refund will be provided.
Group Registration is considered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals and the official Group registration form is used.

The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by March 1st , 2019, even without the list of participants.
The final list of participants must be inserted in internet within April 15th, 2019.
The difference between early and interm registration fees must be paid for all the names not included in the final list within April 15th, 2019.
All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.
Last Deadline to send the names of all’ participants is May 20th , 2019. After this date, registration can be made individually at the NEW Registrations Desk on-site.

COLLECTION OF GROUPS’ CONGRESS MATERIAL
The collection of congress material for groups can be done on the 06th June only. An appointment is required. Please send an email to email@example.com, no later than March 7th, 2019. After this date and until April 10th each request of appointment will cost Euro 100,00. After April 10th, 2019, requests of appointment will be no longer accepted.
